About the project

The research project «Ansichtssache(n)» is about the construction and design of non-conventional world maps. Using this application (Worldmapgenerator), it is possible to create world maps that stand out of the commonly accepted geometries and conventions. For example, the equator is no longer a horizontal line in the middle of the image or the geogrphic center can be moved freely.
